We can provide you with a multitude of services, customizing a solution for your individual needs. These services include:

Professional Level Search:

Description: A direct-hire search including searching our database as well as reaching out to other contacts on your behalf.

Fee: A percentage of the candidate’s total annual remuneration, with a deposit required at signing. Please call us for more details.

Contract Staffing/Interim Management:

Description: Connects you with professional to senior-level employees for a specific length of time or for a specific project. Top Echelon Contracting, Inc., becomes the contractor’s legal Employer of Record™, freeing you from all the administrative paperwork, including taxes, workers’ compensation, payroll processing and unemployment liabilities.

Temp-to-Perm Hiring:

Description: Primarily used as replacements for office workers, temporary help is used across a broad range of skills and time frames to substitute for employees on leave, on vacation or in emergencies; to provide supplemental support where there are temporary skills shortages; or to lend technical expertise to specific projects.

Employer of Record™ Calculator:

Description: Do you have the perfect candidate, but you don’t want to add him/her to your payroll? Outsource your employment headaches by using our Employer of Record™ service. We hire the candidate and handle the taxes, insurance, benefits, payroll funding, payroll processing, etc.

Outplacement:

Description: Designed to assist terminated employees in preparing for and finding new employment through short-term or long-term counseling and support services, on a group or individual basis.
